The taste of tradition

Our polenta, made with the finest white or yellow corn from our large and fertile plains, is one of the most traditional dishes of northern Italy.

Very good with all food – spicy, savory and sweet – is particularly suitable for roasts, stews, sausages, cheese dishes, etc. It can be eaten hot or once cooled and hardened, it can be cut into squares and put in the oven or toasted.
